International Orders
Free standard Shipping on orders over A$120.
International orders are generally delivered within 10 business days. Customs duties, import taxes and other local charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your Radicool purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and have all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges of the same style for a different size or color, Radicool will cover the delivery of the replacement item.
