Shipping and Delivery – Within Australia
- Shipping in Australia is free for orders over $40 and a flat rate $9.50 for orders under $40.
- Express shipping for orders over $70 is FREE and $14.50 for under $70. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We try to dispatch all orders same day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
- Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your area.
- All delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
- During busy Sale Periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
- Please ensure you enter your postal address fully and correctly. Including the business name if applicable and postcode.Radicool Australia is not responsible for any delays or missing parcels as a result of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Store pick up from our office warehouse in Melbourne is available! We will notify you within 24-48 hours once your order is ready for collection.
Free Delivery Terms & Conditions
- FREE delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
- The threshold for FREE delivery is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.

- Shipping to New Zealand is free for orders over AUD $70 and a flat rate AUD$15 for orders under AUD $70
- Express shipping over AUD $70 is FREE and AUD$30 under AUD $70. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- We try to dispatch all orders same day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
- Check your local customs/ import taxes prior to ordering. Radicool Australia is not responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes charged on purchases as this is outside of our control.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Radicool Australia will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Radicool Australia will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
