We ship worldwide.

Free Standard International Shipping on orders of AUD $150 or more.

For orders under AUD $150, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost, depending on the destination.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout in your local currency.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free local pickup is available from our Melbourne warehouse.

Shipping and Delivery – International

We try to dispatch all orders same day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Check your local customs/ import taxes prior to ordering. Radicool Australia is not responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes charged on purchases as this is outside of our control.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Radicool Australia will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Radicool Australia will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
