I have a blue and a black and they both broke within 3 months of use. The blue I had as a back up and it broke after a few wears only, not sure if the plastic is breaking down and failing or what but I won't be buying anymore of them.

This visor model has been part of our range for over 10 years, with tens of thousands sold during that time.
We have not previously received reports of the plastic stiffener breaking in normal use.
Because the purchase was made almost 12 months ago, and no photos or the item itself are available for inspection, we are unfortunately unable to assess what may have caused the damage.
We always stand behind the quality of our products and take customer concerns seriously.
At the same time, we rely on our standard assessment process to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Disappointed with visor as it continually comes loose despite my best efforts. I previously had the same brand for years and never had any problems. Considering the price was in excess of $40 (inc. postage) I expected better quality.
I bought all three colours - because I know how good they are … seriously - I’ve tried most of the other brands and they just don’t cut it - these are literally the best - full stop , love them 💜💜💜
